Mooloolaba Beach Holiday Park - Concept Plans of Redevelopment

Council is planning the redevelopment of the Parkyn Parade site of the Mooloolaba Beach Holiday Park scheduled for construction in 2019/20 financial year.

The vision of the redevelopment is to re-design the site from the ground up to meet current design standards and complement the Mooloolaba Place Making Plans announced in 2015.

The outcome will create an iconic Holiday Park consisting of 60 fully serviced sites, new amenity and office/managers residence and camp kitchcen buildings.

The draft concept includes 2 main ring roads to provide easy access to sites and works will integrate with the refurbished boardwalk to the east of the site.

NB: Concept Plans yet to be endorsed by Council.

Mudjimba Beach Holiday Park

Christmas presents have come early at Mudjimba with a classy upgrade of furniture and technology in the cabins. The walls are decked out in new prints that showcase the beautiful local area, and we are in the process of painting the external walls. A fantastic facelift to make your gateaway more relaxing. Please note that although we are a dog friendly park, we do not allow dogs in the cabins.

Our guests over the Christmas holidays can look forward to park events such as discos, telent night, live music, movies and food vans.

With sites still available at the beginning and end of the holiday period the Mudjimba Team looks forward to helping you plan your visit.
