Mooloolaba Beach Holiday Park

Mooloolaba Beach Holiday Park - Concept Plans of Redevelopment

Council is planning the redevelopment of the Parkyn Parade site of the Mooloolaba Beach Holiday Park scheduled for construction in 2019/20 financial year.

The vision of the redevelopment is to re-design the site from the ground up to meet current design standards and complement the Mooloolaba Place Making Plans announced in 2015.

The outcome will create an iconic Holiday Park consisting of 60 fully serviced sites, new amenity and office / managers residence and camp kitchen buildings.

The draft concept includes 2 main ring roads to provide easy access to sites and works will integrate with the refurbished boardwalk to the east of the site.

NB: Concept Plans yet to be endorsed by Council.
