The Mudjimba Beach Holiday Park is set to be improved with the development of 31 fully serviced sites to cater for caravans, recreational vehicles and campers.
The 26 new powered slab sites and 5 new powered grass sites will be serviced by internal access roads, water supplies, sewerage, electricity and pole lighting.
As part of council’s commitment to environmental responsibility, new trees will be planted on-site or in designated offset areas. Most of the existing cottonwood trees and other vegetation along the eastern side of the site will be retained and protected.
Work is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 6 October 2020 (weather and site conditions dependant). Subject to favourable weather conditions, the work should be completed by early December 2020 to allow the sites to be fully utilised prior to the Christmas school holiday period.
